We are blessed to have a Daughters-exclusive recipe for Walnut Butter Chocolate Chip Muffins! These treats are chock-full of antioxidants and clean ingredients to boost brain power.


3 eggs

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/3 cup walnut butter

1/2 tsp vanilla powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/8 tsp sea salt

1/4 cup ground flaxseeds

1 1/4 cup ground pumpkin seeds

1 cup coconut sugar sweetened chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Whisk together eggs, maple syrup, walnut butter, and vanilla powder. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour batter into lined muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
